Stressful situations can definitely have a negative effect on your well-being (ie, you could lose sleep, or find that your weight starts fluctuating) but you can rest assured that your hair will remain intact. Naturally, we lose between fifty and one hundred hairs a day. But short-term worry wont cause the numbers to multiply. Physiological changes, like an extreme diet or hormones, may cause strands to shed; but you should always check in with your doctor if youre concerned.
