CREATE THE LOOK:

STEP 1
Start by straightening your hair with a flat iron. Lower the heat to reduce the risk of damage.

STEP 2
Then, pull your hair into a tight pony. Use your fine-bristle smoothing brush to smooth out bumps.

STEP 3
To avoid bumps attach 2 hairpins to each side of an elastic.

STEP 4
Push one hairpin in, then wrap the elastic around the base of the hair to connect the second hairpin to the first, or until you feel it’s tight enough.

STEP 5
Take a piece of hair from the bottom of your pony and work in your Strong Hold Gel to smooth out any flyaways.

STEP 6
Finally, wrap that piece of hair around the base of your ponytail and secure it with a hairpin.
